18 to 35 years of age take centre-stage

Whether they are lLawyers, designers, scientists, chefs or business leaders, a large number of people 18 to 35 years of age live and work in Montreal. Their growing success in their respective fields is drawing attention to our city and Montréal centre-ville magazine sheds light on a few of them in their latest issue.

Among the ones selected to provide their vision of Montréal, we have noticed a few entrepreneurs that the Fondation is proud to count among its grantees:

- Fashion designer Ève Gravel (Foundation grantee in 2002), who has founded a label that bears her name. She will present her latest collection at Montréal Fashion Week taking place from March 1st to March 4th.

- Charles Dequire who has launched the company Kinova with his associate Louis-Joseph Caron L’Écuyer. They specialise in the creation and the development of robotic tools to help people with disabilities go about their day-to-day activities (Foundation grantees in 2007).

- Guillaume Langlois is president and founder of Space&Dream, a communication agency specialized in creating immersive experiences with their new Hydra technology (Fondation grantee in 2008). We have had the pleasure of hosting Guillaume at the Premiers pas en affaires conference on February 24, where he interviewed Daniel Gauthier. Also, Space&Dream’s latest production, YUGA, was featured at the recent MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival.

The report also featured a presentation of Thomas Geissman, lawyer at Brouillette & Partners, and also one of the Fondation’s esteem volunteers.

You can find the Montréal centre-villemagazine in all good news stands of downtown Montréal district.
