To meet our Laureates’ needs, we generally look for volunteer coaches with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Being an entrepreneur or having business experience in a startup with a strong technological component is a bonus.

Jeanne Hardy joined the Mtl inc. Family as a volunteer coach in 2017 and has played many roles over the years: project evaluator, coach, among others, with women entrepreneurs in the Founders program. Jeanne always has great references who join the great community of Mtl inc. volunteer coaches. She is a versatile, flexible and always available to give good advice to Mtl inc. Laureates and Founders.

Simon Leroux

Simon Leroux joined Mtl inc. in 2012. Since then, he has worn many hats as a coach, both individual and group, as a project evaluator, as a member of advisory committees, as a member of the Bourse+ diagnostic committee, and is currently part of the group of connectors who facilitate the opening of the doors of large companies for our Laureates. He is a seasoned investor and mentor to many entrepreneurs. Simon always answers our call and we are extremely grateful to him.
